Eagle Ridge signs the Independent Contractor agreement with the Carrier to increase your flexibility. Then Eagle Ridge passes your weekly settlement back to you in it's entirety after deducting your truck lease payment, driver insurances, maintenance expenses and reserves. A Driver leasing from Eagle Ridge who runs hard and smart will be rewarded for all the miles that they drive. Your hard work is rewarded back to you, the Driver.

Eagle Ridge develops and maintains relationships with leading carriers in the industry. If you want to run truckload, LTL, refrigerated, dedicated, as a team or solo, we will reach the recruiters and help you find a carrier that suits you. We work for you!
Will you have a choice in your truck?
Eagle Ridge is growing its business by focusing on your needs. We typically select used, 2003 or newer tractors because we believe this will provide the best return for the Driver. You can lease any brand and model of tractor that meets the requirements of the Carrier you want to work with.
